Do I need my ID?

Yes. Acceptable forms of identification include: a birth certificate and photo ID with your name, drivers license, or passport. This is needed for piercings as well.

If I'm under 18 do I need a parent/gaurdian present?

Yes. You both need to have a form of identification as well. Acceptable forms of identification include: a birth certificate and photo ID with your name, drivers license, or passport. If you have a legal gaurdian or you are emancipated you need to provide the appropriate paperwork. Please call us if you have any questions. (720) 335-6150

What should I do to prepare for getting tattooed?

Before getting tattooed its important to make sure you eat a decent size meal insuring that your blood sugar level stays as consistant as possible. Make sure you are hydrated and not hungover. You can bring a snack and drink to your appointment.

Can I bring my entire family/entourage??

Please try to limit the amount of family/friends to one person. A group of people in the shop can be distracting and in the way of other people. It's also usually very boring for anyone not getting tattooed.

What about my kids?

We really would appreciate kids being left at home. They often get bored and become a distraction to the client and artists alike and often leave a trail of mess/destruction.

What should I wear?

Try to wear something dark that you dont mind getting ink on. We try to prevent as much staining as possible but it does happen. Make sure to wear clothing that makes the area you are tattooing easily accessible.

Can I bring headphones/my ipod/tablet?

If taking your mind off of the pain of getting a tattoo through these methods helps then please bring them!

When should I not get tattooed?

If you are drunk, pregnant, sunburned or have damaged skin in the area you are wanting tattooed. If you have questions about the possibility of an allergic reaction please stop by and see us to administer a patch test. If you have sensitive skin or other skin conditions please consult your doctor before considering getting a tattoo.

How do I set up an appointment?

We recommend that you check out our artists portfolios and see if there is someone whos style you prefer. After that please call or email to set up a consultation. At that time a deposit will be required if you wish to set up the appointment.

Do I have to put down a deposit?

For every new appointment over $100 dollars we require a deposit of $50. The deposit goes towards the total price of your tattoo. If your tattoo requires multiple sessions the deposit is applied at the LAST session. There may be a different amount required for larger work based on the artists preferences. Please double check with your artist on their specific deposit policy for larger work.

Is my deposit refundable?

No, but unless the client and artist can not come to an agreement on the design then the deposit is refundable

If you have to cancel we ask for AT LEAST 24 hours notice (although some artists require 48 - please double check with your artist) and your deposit can be applied to another date.

If you no call no show then we keep your deposit and you'll have to put another one down to reschedule. Please understand that when you no call no show on us you are affecting our livelihood. When we think you are coming in, as both parties agreed, we often are turning other clients away because we think we'll be busy the rest of the day. Not showing up for your scheduled appointment without giving us notice makes it so we cant fill the open time and therefore are impacted financially.

If there is an emergency and you have to cancel please call us as soon as you can to let us know. In cases of emergency we can apply the deposit to another date.

Can you draw this up for me? I dont have an appointment.

In most cases no. We don't have the time to draw things up that may or may not be tattoos. We prioritize our drawings by appointment times.

Can I see my drawing before I get tattoed?

Of course. 1-3 days before your appointment your artist can call you when they have a design ready for you to come down to the shop to check out. Please let your artist know if you'd like to see the design beforehand. Otherwise, most changes can be made the day of the tattoo. Please keep in mind we have appointments to draw for before yours. If your appointment is weeks away we have likely not started drawing it. We do not email or text designs unless the client is too far to travel to the shop before the appointmet.

Do you offer free touch ups?

We offer free touch ups for up to two months after your appointment although we recommend that you come in as soon as your tattoo is completely healed. After that time, normal wear and tear occurs and a touch up could result in part of the tattoo looking different than the rest. Exceptions can be made case by case and at the artist's discretion.
